All items are machine washable. Wash cold, gentle cycle, Its best to air dry but if not dry on low heat. DO NOT IRON OR BLEACH.

Products are made to order; therefore, No refunds will be given. 

Once the shirt is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If items are lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.
